My working sets were: 65% = 205 x 5
75% = 235 x 5
85% = 270 x 5+ = 270 x 14

On the first rep I pulled way to fast at the top and lost my balance for a little bit. I am lucky it was not that heavy of weight and I was able to control it. I NEED to make sure my form is good on every rep, some how my worst form was on the first rep. I enjoy breathing at the top of the lockout for high rep deadlifts. I only want to reset on the ground if the weight is too heavy for my grip.
