– 1 cucumber
– 2 carrots
– 100 g of diced mango
– 3 slices of ginger (sushi ginger could be ok but rince them a little to remove the taste of vinegar)
– 1/4 coffee spoon of Turmeric
– fresh mint leafs
– 250 ml of Limone+ iced tea Sanpellegrino (or any type of lemonade)
– 1/4 of honey (Wildflower honey or any other type according of how sweet you want you smoothie to be :))
