This is an excellent vitamin product as far as absorption and function go , the taste however leaves a lot to be desired . I started mixing it with sprite or 7 up and that helped tremendously.
We have been using these for a while. They seem to have lessened colds which my kids get often. The taste is subjective. I think it’s an expensive supplement, but worth it if you are susceptible to colds.
