Beetroot Upma | Breakfast | Beetroot Special

Beetroot is rich in Vitamin A which is great for skin, hair and immunity. When beetroot is lightly cooked, Vitamin A is further activated. Adding beetroot to recipes brings out a delicious flavour and appeal.

Ingredients
1.5 tbsp ghee
1 tsp urad dal
1 tsp chana dal
10-12 cashews
1 tsp mustard seeds
10-12 curry leaves
1 onion (chopped)
1 beetroot (grated)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp jaggery powder
3 times water ( 3 times of rawa)
3/4 cup rawa
Handful chopped coriander for garnish
