It’s understandable since most people expect certain micronutrients to exist only in foods such as dairy, eggs, meat, poultry and fish. Today we are going to be talking about the ones that most people have questions about so that you can learn how to have a healthy vegan diet. In this video we cover iron, calcium, zinc, vitamin b12, vitamin D and omega 3’s to see what supplements people should take and what is unnecessary.
