Slash Covid Risk Starting Tomorrow with These Two Simple Things

The public health message around SARS-CoV-2 and Covid-19 is still limited to slowing the spread and not about supporting your immune system.

But, arguable, THE most important public health messages should center around health and immunity. SARS-CoV-2 isn’t going anywhere, and there will always be another virus to replace it.

However, the human immune system has been fighting off new viruses for hundreds of thousands of years. And YOUR immune system have been fighting off new to-you viruses since the day you were born.

And we’re still here and you’re still here, so it’s obviously designed to fend for itself. But we have to take care of our immune system, otherwise it won’t take care of you.

(Incidentally, there are hundreds of thousands of viruses that infect mammals and hundreds that infect humans)
