We started our day with a hot choco, latte and raisin toast at a nearby café.
Then we took some photos at the nearby park, and by the rock pools.
We took our sandals off and started walking along the shore, down to the roks and soaked our feet on the saltwater.

Vitamin D is sometimes called the “sunshine vitamin” because it’s produced in your skin in response to sunlight. Grounding neutralises free radicals that are generated through inflammation, infection, cell damage, trauma, stress, and our toxic environments. It also improves sleep, relieves pain, and manages stress.
