I have loved Naomi Campbell since I was a pre-teenager. Aside from encountering her in Vogue magazine, the real exposure I had to the magic of her being was in Miami, on a TV channel called FTV, Fashion TV. It was/is a channel that was only viewable in Miami and all it did was showcase designer catwalk shows and model profiles. Watching that signature walk over the years has been mesmerizing, she is truly hypnotic, down to a science. As time went on and I could research more I began to appreciate Naomi the person, behind the supermodel mask. And I appreciated her even more. She is a fractured, imperfect human and I respect the struggle, the acknowledgement of the struggle, and the continued/selfless/strong self love to continue improving and evolving without care of what anyone thinks.

Back to the vitamins! As we know Naomi gained immense recognition with her airplane preparedness video where she cleaned her first class seat with wipes and sat with a mask in the plane. Uploaded in June 2019, ridiculed and laughed at. Then came Corona and how have the tables turned. Now she was heralded as a genius. She even released a video of her traveling during Coronavirus in a full hazmat suit rocking full fashion and safety. She has been posting her workouts with Ocho system, her Afrobeats Spotify playlist, her amazing No Filter With Naomi Celebrity Interview videos and now her Vitamins. All videos will be below and the vitamins I am using as well!

Naomi: My Personal Vitamin & Supplement Routine:

 Morning shake recipe:
1 cup almond milk
1 tbsp cacao powder
1 tbsp matcha powder
1 tbsp baobab powder
1 tbsp collagen powder
1 tbsp artichoke powder
1 tbsp moringa powder
1 tbsp greens protein powder
1 tbsp vitamin C
2 tbsp pomegranate liquid
1/2 banana Ice
Then blend!

Vitamins and supplements: Goldenseal drops into smoothie, Elderberry syrup, Zinc, EHB (2 a day), Vitamin C liquid, Papaya seeds, NAC (N-Acetyl-L-Cysteine), Vitamin D (50,000 IU a week), Vitamin B12 chewable, Black seed, Probiotics, Multivitamin, Humacel, Pine Bark Extract, Oregano Oil (carry it always), Turmeric, Lavender Oil Pills (calming effect), (Only natural supplements!)
