Hai friends in this vedio I am sharing how to prepare healthy and vitamin C, reboflovin, zinc and minerals seasonal vegetable recipe nethi beerakaya rice.
Ingredients used:-
boiled rice -1cup
chopped nethi beerakaya -1cup
chopped chilli’s-3
salt as per taste
chopped coriander-1/4 cup
pepper powder 1/4 spoon
gee-2 spoons
jeera – 1 cup
cashew nuts -10
Take a pan and add 2 spoons of gee and add jeera and add cashew nuts and chilli’s leave for one minute and add chopped nethi beerakaya leave for two minutes later add rice and salt leave it for two minutes finally add chopped coriander and pepper powder as shown in the vedio.
