I actually purchased the capsules by accident, as I was looking for tablets like I previously got. I usually have a problem swallowing large pills, but these capsules were about the same size as the caplets Ive gotten previously, so wasnt an issue.
Also had no taste, unlike the caplets, so my mistake worked out well. Cant beat the price..

As soon as I start to feel like Im coming down with something, usually a scratch in throat or scratchy sneeze, I take 4 of these immediately. If I still dont feel better within a couple hours then I take 8 more.
Works perfectly to boost the immune system and keep a cold away.
Product arrived on time and was just as expected.
I purchased this type of vitamin C because I read it was the best kind to take with vitamin E. Its hard to know if these types of supplements are working, but I will say the capsules are easy to take and I havent noticed any negative side effects.
