Are You Getting Enough Sunlight? – Should I Take Vitamin D Supplements?

Vitamin D is responsible for regulating our levels of calcium and phosphate which is responsible for keeping teeth, muscles and bones healthy. Without it we can suffer some serious bone issues.

With lockdown number 2 and Winter in full swing meaning we get limited sunlight, the question poses, are we getting enough Vitamin D and should we be taking supplements?
