Vitamin K have 3 types vitamin K1(phylloquinone),K2(menaquinone),
K3(menadione)
We can vitamin K from sources like green veg.,spinach,cobbage,tomatoes
Actually we get vitamin K1 from above sources.It converts into k2 in intestine by bacteria.
History of vitamin K is very intresting.One denish scientist experiment on chicken & during that he found that for blood clotting something is required name as vitamin coagulation
In denish language coagulation spelled as Koagulation & so its name as vitamin K
