Spinach – Perfect for weight loss, detoxification, healthy eye, strong bone, boost immune system, reduces hypertension; etc.

Red Onion – improve immune system, helps to prevent cancer, fights inflammation, blood sugar control, helps to prevent hair loss; etc.

Mixed Bell Pepper – healthy eye, immune system booster, nourishes fetus, ideal for weight loss, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, helps for proper blood flow and aids in respiratory system; etc,
