Using ginger as the base, I showcase two different shots that taste good and are packed with health benefits including having anti-inflammatory properties and vitamin C.
Ingredients for Immune booster number 1:
-50 g ginger, peeled and minced (about tsp minced)
-Juice of 1/2 lemon plus zests
-1 tsp honey
-dash of cayenne pepper
Ingredients for Immune booster number 2
-50 g ginger, peeled, chopped
-2 tbsp water
-2 tbsp of orange juice (fresh or store-bought)
-1 tsp honey
-1-2 drops of oil of oregano
-dash of ground cinnamon and turmeric
