Vitamin C is an essential vitamin, meaning it can’t be produced by the body, you have to eat it. It is needed for the growth, development and repair of all body tissues and is involved in many body functions, including formation of collagen, absorption of iron, the proper functioning of the immune system, wound healing, and the maintenance of cartilage, bones, and teeth.
It is a pretty necessary and amazing vitamin. Getting our daily requirements can be difficult at times. This can possibly help to make it easier on those days we struggle to hit our daily dose.
