How to Make Fresh Spring Rolls (Goi Cuon) | Rice Paper Wraps With Peanut Dipping sauce (Easy Recipe) | Nutritious spring rolls

People become more health conscious these days. Everyone trying to eat nutritious food that could help to boost their immunity. As we all know fresh fruits and vegetables are good sources of vital vitamins and minerals, consumption of raw fruits and vegetables will help to boost immunity. Eating raw vegetables frequently is boring for many of us. It would be great to know about more options to include fresh vegetables in diet with more interesting ways. Fresh spring rolls are perfect choice for such health-conscious population. You can enjoy your favorite fresh vegetables with every bite.

Ingredients
50 g Cucumber
40 g Carrots
2 g Mint leaves
40 g Cabbage
20 g Shrimp
20 g Boiled Chicken
5 g Sesbiana Flowers
5 g Dil leaves
20 g Tomato
5 g Coriander
20 g Beetroot
5 g Radish
5 g Spring onion
6 Rice paper
1 table Spoon Peanut butter
2 tsp Soya sauce
Lemon juice as per taste
Procedure
1. Take a rice paper sheet and steep into a warm water in the bowl. Steep it for few seconds and take it out
2. Place the rice paper sheet on damp towel.
3. Arrange sheet of cabbage at the bottom of the rice paper
4. Then put 4 small tomato halves
5. Then top with carrots and cucumber
6. Arrange some fresh mint leaves and sesbiana flowers
7. Add some cabbage on the top and start rolling as shown in the video
8. Then add some boiled shrimp halves
9. Fold the uncovered sides inwards and then tightly roll the rice paper as shown in video.
10. Repeat this procedure with remaining ingredients
11. You can add your favorite vegetables
12. Vegetarian people can add cottage cheese, tofu, soya chunks, mushrooms as per choice
13. You can use two rice paper sheets for one roll. If the first sheet is teared while rolling, roll the same roll in another rice paper sheet.
