Immunity booster: Cream of Brocoli Soup . Crazy Chef

A great simple nourishing soup for lockdown. Easy to make with 500g of Brocoli (1/2 sweet pepper, mushrooms, garlic – optional because I wanted to use it up). About 200ml of double cream. Brocoli contains potent antioxidants that offer health protective effects. Brocoli has high levels of glucoraphanin which converts into a powerful antioxident called sulforaphane. Also the usual suspects, Vitamins A, C, B6. sodium, potassium, calcium, magnesium and iron. And of course it is full of fibre. So if the kids don’t like their greens try them on this recipe.
