I can only base this on the taste so far until I can see if they work. They do taste amazing. I was always afraid to try regular shots of apple cider vinegar because its so nasty.
This doesnt taste disgusting at all. Ill update in about a week to see if it regulates me. I exercise every day with cardio and do weight lifting 3 days a week.
Also eat healthy. I just need extra boosts of energy and to regulate my system. Which i hope these do!

These taste great, I’ve been taking two a day for almost a week. Seem to suppress my appetite. My five year old is taking one a day and likes the flavor.
I have been taking these gummies for a few weeks now. They taste SO GOOD. Still in the process of trying to decide if they are worth the cost and if I am noticing any benefits with them but have decided to take them for awhile longer to give it some time.
