ANALITYCAL EXPOSITION

“Think Positively During the Corona Virus Era”

The existence of the Corona virus has been happening for months. This virus attacks the respiratory system and threatens many human lives. There have been many victims of this corona virus. Even the number reaches millions of people around the world. During that time, the community was made restless and stressed. Even though in my opinion, apart from implementing health protocols, positive thoughts and being always happy are the keys to immunity to fight the Corona virus.The rate of increase in Corona, which continues to increase in Indonesia and even the world makes people afraid and anxious.

Many people are stressed because of this. In fact, stress can lower the immune system. The immune system itself can be the first shield against the Corona virus. Therefore, always thinking positively during a pandemic is very important to do. Positive thinking makes mentally healthy and happy. There are many ways to think positively. First, by adhering to health protocols. Because then we can be calmer and positive thoughts will be maintained. Second, by exercising at home such as yoga, which can calm the mind and relax.

Third, by listening to music and radio. Sound like a song can actually restore someone’s mood and make happy and positive thoughts appear. Fourth, spending time with family. We know that family is a source of happiness, by spending time together, the aura and positive thoughts will also come out. Fifth, maintain a healthy sleep and diet. Eating carelessly and sleeping irregularly can actually cause stress. Therefore, get enough sleep eat healthily.

Sixth, pray. We know that everything that happens in the world is definitely determined by God. So, it is better if we always worship and pray to always be protected from the Corona virus and so that thoughts are always positive. Next, keep yourself busy with fun things like cooking, painting, writing stories or trying other new hobbies. It will divert our negative thoughts to more positive thoughts.

Finally, by being active on social media such as Instagram, Twitter, or even WhatsApp to be able to chat with friends so that our hearts and minds can be positive and become happy.

The fact that positive thinking is important during the Coronavirus period must be included in the daily plan, so that our immunity increases.Positive thoughts can relax and increase immunity. Therefore, apart from implementing health protocols, let’s be positive about protecting ourselves from the Corona virus. But, don’t forget guys to always use a mask when traveling, use a hand sanitizer, and apply social distancing anywhere so that Corona prevention can be more optimal.
