Lemon And Coriander Soup (serves 4)
Ingredients
Lemon- 1no.
Coriander – 50g
Garlic – 1tbsp chopped
Ginger- 1tbsp chopped
Onion- 1no.
Carrot- 1no.
French beans- 50g
Capsicum – 1no.
Turmeric- 1 pinch
Black pepper powder- 1/2tsp
Salt- to taste
Corn starch- 1tbsp
Water – 1ltr
