Ingredients :-
Curd # kaju # Almonds # Walnuts ( akhrot) #
Elaichi powder # Strawberry #

Process :-

First we will take one bowl curd ( thik) . Now we will
Take different types of dry fruits ( kaju, badam,
Kishmish, akhrot, pista,) & cut in small pieces. & we will add every thing in curd. We will add little bit ealichi powder. Now we will take some strawberrys fresh or frozen for garnishing.
Waoooo dish is ready ๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹

Keeps infections away with curd.
Various oral diseases are caused by bacteria. However, the good bacterium available in curd doesnโ€™t allow other bacteria to accumulate and cause the infections.

Apart from that, curd also offers calcium, magnesium, Vitamin A, D, and B-12 as well.
