Centrum is one of the leading brands out there that you can trust to have good ingredients and results. Although I take many vitamins, this one I fell most confident taking.
The Only issue I have, is the size of the vitamin. Makes it a drop difficult for me to swallow. I dont see any side effects that other people like to mention.

It’s been a while since I stopped taking vitamins because I got choked and couldn’t swallow the giant pills no matter what brand. But this Centrum I love it, they are big alright but they are chewable and taste great for me!

These vitamins have worked miracles on my immunity system. I used to keep colds, no colds since I started taking these vitamins!
This chewable multivitamin is definitely palatable, and for someone who is on Coumadin (a blood thinner) and has a problem with getting down anything larger than the very smallest capsule made, they are perfect.
The flavor and texture is such that I think I’ll be able to take them every day without that feeling of dread that most chewable vitamin and mineral tablets and wafers produce in me.
And they don’t contain Vitamin K, which I watch carefully in my diet so that I can keep my INR numbers in a safe range when I test every two weeks. These arrived on 07/03/2019 and their expiration date is 01/2021.
