But none has impacted the world with an intensity that COVID-19 has. It has brought the entire world to a standstill. The global pandemic of COVID-19 has questioned the readiness of even the most developed nations to tackle such situations.
Emerging and re-emerging infectious diseases continue to pose a threat to humans. Among these infectious diseases, viral infections caused by rapidly mutating viruses, challenge the survival of mankind on this planet. While scientists across the world are grappling with imminent dangers of the virus, they have not yet arrived at a cure of coronavirus. Having said that, there are a few key measures that we can take to fight this pandemic. Or even those that may come in the future.
