In 2020, no one cares about your six pack abs or your bodacious booty. It’s the IMMUNE SYSTEM’s TIME! Focus on yourself. Are you getting enough sleep? 😴 Are you eating right? 🍽 Are you taking enough #vitaminD & @emergenc?
First and foremost: Get. Some. sleep.
Quite frankly, right now living is just exhausting…we all need to try to get in at least 8 hours a night… or we turn into this.
AND with all of our usual distracting activities closed down…. what else are you doing? Put down the fourth bottle of sparkling rose and close your eyes.
Maybe take some melatonin, some herbal tea or some CBD and hit the hay.
Are you eating as healthy as you can right now? We all need the comforting bowl… or box of mac and cheese, but try to keep it as clean as possible
Now that restaurants are opened back up it can be tough to stick to eating clean but just remember… there is a pandemic going on and you only have one body, and not all of us have 9 lives.
