The how of it?

Step 1: Find a place to rest your device on or near your bed. Ideally you should be able to see it while lying down. So first find a place. Maybe perch it on your bedside table, a breakfast tray or a couple of pillows. Once you know you can see your screen and hear it, find something your device can lean on. Maybe grab a sturdy coffee mug (make sure it’s empty!), a wooden block or a thick book or two. Can’t find what you need? Just lean it against a pillow. That should work just fine. Let’s not let the small stuff get in the way of the big life-changing stuff.

Step 2: Lie down and relax. Turn on the video and feel a sense of surrender as you are guided into a space of deep tranquility with tools that are easy to apply and that are anchored in strong holistic practices that will change your day, change your life.
