✍ BLOG ✍
Hey, everybody; it’s me, Gabriel. First of all, if you actually find this blog, thank you for watching our video and reading through the description. Second of all, I honestly hope you find this video helpful. Initially, I was a little worried/anxious to release this video because I did not feel ready to share the news with those outside of our close family and friends but then I realized that should also include our loyal subscribers. Those who look forward to our content, those who take some time out of their day to watch our videos, those who like, comment on, or share our videos. We truly love and appreciate you all. As I mentioned in the video, I did test positive for the #coronavirus and am certainly thankful I did not experience the severe symptoms of the virus. In addition, I am extremely happy knowing my family is safe, healthy, and okay. The anxiety and depression while isolated was the biggest struggle for me. For 10 days, I could go no further than our bedroom to the bathroom… the days were looong. I did nothing but think about my family, lay down, watch TV, and try to eat. I chose not to take my anxiety medication (although, having it surely did provide me with comfort) but instead dealt with it by taking deep breaths, reminding myself isolation is only temporary, and listened to my wild girls sing, dance, and play in the living room. It was terrible, and, when I had my mental breakdowns, I did not think the release day would ever come and thought I was not going to make it. However, the love and support from our family and friends got my through it. I am so grateful for each and every one of them. We just want to thank you so much and let you know that we appreciate those of you who bought and brought us groceries, cooked us food, picked up our orders, and the many of you who offered to do the same. That energy and togetherness is what makes my heart happy. This experience was and still is an emotional roller coaster for me and my family, as well. Honestly, I got two anxiety attacks on the day I was released (the day we recorded this video) because I was nervous about going out in public again. My biggest fear is being out and then bringing back the virus and exposing my family to it either by buying groceries or on my personal items… In spite of that, I understand these are duties and responsibilities I must do in order to continue providing for my amazing girlfriend (wife) and my two beautiful, smart daughters. Yareli really did such a wonderful job being the strong momma I love and know while taking care of her three babies (yes, that includes me). She kept us fed, clean, and provided us with a warm blanket of protection and assurance that everything will be okay. Now, I know this blog is really long and don’t want to take up too much more of your time. So, long story short, I am feeling better and my ongoing symptoms (loss of smell, taste, and appetite) continue to improve daily (thank you God). My family is still doing well. We will continue to abide by the recommended safety precautions until a safe and effective vaccine and/or treatment is available. Until then, it would be great if you all could do the same for the safety of your loved ones and yourself. #WearYourMask when in public, clean and disinfect your groceries and commonly touched areas in your home (door knobs, light switches, table, etc.), practice social distancing, keep your hands clean, drink a lot of water, boost your immune system, and please stay home if you test positive. We know and understand it may feel like this will go on forever but we believe it will not. Each day, we arrive closer to returning to a better world where you should not have to live with fear or anxiety while at school, taking your kid to the park, going out to eat with your family, and everything else you did prior to this pandemic. So, please stay strong everybody, be safe, and take care. You are important and matter to us!

We love you guys,

#SincerelyUs
