As we continue to ride out the Coronavirus pandemic, one of the best things we can do to keep our immune systems healthy is to achieve healthy mineral balance. That’s because our food supply is not what it used to be and the vast majority of Americans are mineral deficient.

Mineral balance is truly one of the most critical aspects of a high functioning immune system and what the focus of today’s brand new food as medicine episode is about.

Minerals are the foundation of all life and essential for optimal health. Every cell in our body depends on minerals to function correctly.
