Diet and Sperms:
Human semen quality has declined by 50 to 60% over a period, due to:
– Unhealthy lifestyles
– Bad eating habits
– Pollution.
Steps to Improve semen quality:
Consider taking diet rich in Zinc/Selenium/Omega-3 Fatty Acids/Coenzyme Q10/Vitamin C.

1. Zinc:
Dark Chocolate at least 90% and above
Red meat
Shellfish – Oysters, Crabs, Clams
Legumes – Chickpeas, Lentils
Seeds – Pumpkin, Flax
Nuts – Walnuts, Brazil nuts
Egg white
Low-fat milk and dairy products.

2. Selenium:
Chicken
Fish – Sardines, Shellfish
Selenium Enriched foods – Cereals, Pasta
Cottage cheese
Brown rice
Mushroom
Sunflower seeds.

3. Omega-3 Fatty acids:
Salmon, Mackerel, Tuna, Sardines
Flax seeds, Chia seeds
Walnuts
Flax seed oil, Canola oil, Olive oil.

4. Coenzyme Q10 (Ubiquinone, Ubidecarenone, Coenzyme Q, CoQ10):
Active form – Ubiquinol
Organ Meat – Liver
Strawberries, Oranges
Fatty fishes – Mackerel, Sardines
Spinach, Cauliflower, Broccoli
Lentils, Peanuts.

5. Improve your testosterone levels:
Onion & Garlic
Bananas
Chillies & Peppers
Omega 3 fatty acids, Peanuts, Kidney beans.

6. Low sperm motility and count, sexual performance, Low testosterone levels
Consider taking herbal/diet supplements* containing:
