So far I really like these. I also love the price and the fact I can get my folate and other B vitamins along with my ACV. I have noticed better control of my acid reflux disorder– less indigestion and heartburn.
Ive also noticed slightly more energy and I sleep like a baby at night. I take one in the morning and one after eating dinner. I havent noticed any weight loss or reduced appetite, but thats not really what theyre for.
