PREPARATION-1
DRUMSTICK LEAVES SOUP
Ingredients
• TENDER DRUMSTICK LEAVES – 1 CUP
• CUMIN (JEERA) – 1 TBSP
• TURMERIC POWDER – 1 TBSP
• GARLIC PODS – 10 NO
• BLACK PEPPER – 1 TBSP
• WATER – 3 GLASSES
• SALT TO TASTE
• COCONUT OIL – 2 TBSP
Method Of Preparation
1. Separate the drumstick leaves from the stem
2. Grind pepper, garlic and cumin coarsely
3. Add 3 glasses of water in a vessel and boil
4. Add turmeric powder , salt and coarsely ground mix into the water and mix well
5. You can also add freshly crushed coriander seeds and shallots at this point
6. When it boils, lower the flame, add the drumstick leaves
7. Boil until the leaves are cooked
8. Switch off the flame, add 2 tbsp coconut oil
9. The soup is ready, serve hot.

METHOD 1
Ingredients FOR 3 CUPS
• GINGER – 2 INCH LENGTH PIECE
• TURMERIC – 2 TBSP
• BLACK PEPPER POWDER – 1.5 TBSP
• WATER – 4.5 CUPS
Method Of Preparation
1. Add water in a teapot
2. Grate the ginger with / without outer skin
3. Add turmeric and powder
4. Mix and boil it until it reduces to 3 cups
5. Use a strainer to transfer it into another vessel
6. Serve hot or warm, can also be taken with lemon.

QUICK METHOD
Ingredients
TAKE EQUAL AMOUNTS OF THE FOLLOWING
• DRY GINGER
• DRY TURMERIC / POWDER
• BLACK PEPPER/ POWDER
Method Of Preparation
1. Grind the ingredients into a fine powder and store
2. Add 2 tbsp of this powder in 1.5 cup of water and boil.
3. Reduce into 1 cup and serve hot.
