Your body knows how to make CoQ10 but you can also get it from food. Predominantly, animal based foods are the highest in CoQ10.

If you are looking to supplement CoQ10, remember that quality matters, and quality also costs more. Unfortunately some manufacturers like to cut CoQ10 with riboflavin therefore reducing the effective dose.
