China has granted its first patent for a COVID-19 vaccine. The vaccine is being developed by a team from the Academy of Military Medical Sciences and the company CanSino Biologics.
Phase-two clinical trials suggest it is safe and can induce an immune response. Phase-three trials are currently underway. #covid19 #vaccine
