I had to give one star for “easy to swallow” as you dont swallow this like a pill but instead you chew it up like a gummy bear. Its a little more chewy i think than a true piece of candy but its way more fun than swallowing yet another pill.
Helps my immune system greatly as im always in the hospital and theyre always giving me tons of antibiotics. So i have this right on my kitchen table and take it within 15 mins of arriving home from hospital.
It, along with probiotics and addition vit c and zince tablets are my fail safe actions to return me to proper health after the doctors have had their fun.
Great tasting gummy. Not sure why but some of the other gummies have bothered my stomach. These were fresh as you can tell from the texture of the gummies.
Had a cold for few days and wanted to try these. Overnight I feel less congested as everything is starting to come up. Will continue to take as a supplement throughout winter.
