WHAT TO EAT FOR BREAKFAST EVERY DAY | WHILE TRAINING | GYM TRAINING BREAKFAST | MOST IMPORTANT MEAL OF THE DAY

It is impossible to tell you what to eat for breakfast every day. simply because you maybe allergic to one thing or maybe all the things I ask you to eat. so instead lets have a look at how we can treat breakfast for exactly what it is. a meal that is suppose to carry you through to lunch without making you hungry. so rather than me telling you what to add to your plate bowl or glass. stick to foods that are slow releasing energy foods. and use that as your base. then add to your base some foods that will help sustain your fitness goals. ie if your trying to lose weight add some foods to your base that will help you lose weight. again there is no point me telling you what to add as you may not want to eat what I eat or you maybe allergic so do some research into what you can eat etc.most importantly let breakfast carry you through to lunch without you wanting to either one skip lunch or two be so hungry you end up snacking on rubbish.
Everyone is different and some people may not believe in these techniques. However whatever training you are doing please just remember to stay strong stay healthy. And give your body back all the minerals and vitamins it needs to keep you at your best.
