Fasting prayer day #4 after Easter Sunday Boost immune system with praying in natural during Covid19

It’s been a long time since shelter at home. Going out to nature is a good way to de-stress. Going outdoor, breathing fresh air, singing my prayer has a fantastic effect on my physical and mental health.
Pray to heal for sick people, nurses, doctors, and re-open business soon. Pray that we can gather at the church as well.
Eat healthy foods, drink clean water, breathe the fresh air to keep our immune system strong. Most importantly, stay positive and strong.
Until the virus is cleared and the world is opened again.
