Vegetable Potato Porridge

In today’s video I will be making a vegetable potato porridge, this healthy meal is nutritious, safe and can be taken by adults and children. This meal is good for all ages and loaded with lots of vitamins and nutrients. Below is the list of ingredients used with their nutritional benefits.

The Nutritional Benefits and Facts:

 1).Potato: It’s loaded with Vitamins, potassium, fiber and magnesium. It has antioxidants and helps prevent diseases such as cancer. It good for bone, health, heart health, controlling blood sugar and inflammation.

2). Asparagus: loaded with folate, vitamin A, C&K and it’s very rich in fiber. It’s very good for weight loss and it improves digestion detoxifying the body as well.

3). Mackerel Fish: Good source of protein, loaded with minerals and nutrients beneficial for body growth.

4) Red Onions: it contains antioxidants that prevent damage to the cells and DNA. It’s loaded with sulphur – reducing heart disease, Vitamin K & C, it aids respiratory function and helps reduce risk of cancer.

5).Spinach: an excellent source of vitamin K, carotenoids, Iron, Manganese, Folate, Vitamin B6, vitamin E and C. Perfect for aiding digestion and regulating body metabolism.

 6) Shrimps, Rich in protein, promotes heart and brain health function. Loaded with omega-3 fatty acids and the antioxidant astaxanthin
