Welcome back & sorry I have been MIA!
Today’s video talks about what I eat in a typical day to keep on top of my protein goals. I’ll show you what I have to keep my muscles lean and maintained, while either maintaining or going down in weight.
I also prioritize NOT eating all healthy foods, but also indulging when I want to!

I am not a registered dietitian, so please consult one before you change up your protein intake or your diet in general.
