ingredients
carrot
spring onions
cabbage
cinnamon stick
black pepper and cloves
lemon 🍋
coriander leaves
ginger
garlic
1tsp corn flour

method
*in a pan heat about 1/2 tsp butter and 1/2 oil
*add chopped garlic and ginger
*saute
*add finely chopped veggies
*saute
*add 1/2 inch cinnamon stick, black pepper and cloves
*add about 300 ml water and let it simmer for 5 mins
*make a paste of corn flour with water.
*add this paste and stir continuously for 2-3 mins.
*spring onion leaves to be sprinkled.
*add plenty of chopped coriander leaves
*switch off the flame.
*squeeze plenty of lemon.
*garnish with fresh chopped spring onion leaves.
*serve hot 🔥 n sizzling soup.
