Why Most Vitamins and Supplements Will Usually Destroy Your Health

Any Supplements that contain any of the following must be avoided, as these will only destroy your health as well as wasting your hard earned cash.

Calcium Carbonate: Usually used as a bulking agent and also used as a calcium supplement, that cannot be utilised by the body, and ends up causing long term health problems, mainly calcification and creating a foundation for other diseases to flourish.

Magnesium Stearate: Used as a lubricant and anti-caking agent during the manufacturing process, it stops the ingredients clumping and sticking together, as well as reducing wear on the machines punches and dies. Supplements can be easily manufactured without Magnesium Stearate, but the machinery and equipment would have to run at a much slower speed, which is not for good for profits. If a company uses this ingredient, they are only in it for the money and most definitely not your health. It is also used in the manufacturing of fibre optic cables, semi-conductors and to insulate cables. Common sense would tell you that these products couldn’t be manufactured from food and most definitely don’t belong in your body.

Titanium Dioxide: Usually used to give supplements their bright while colour but it’s also used in paints and plastics, as well as inks and foods. It’s also classified as a possible carcinogen by the International Agency for Research on Cancer

Natural means nothing whenever it comes to supplements, as they only have to use 10% of natural ingredients, in order to use the word ‘Natural’, the rest can be filled with all sorts of junk that will usually destroy your health. If you really want to do what’s best for your health then look for 100% natural supplements, made from wholefoods and organic.
