I am Satyam Shukla and in this video, I will be talking about 5 Habits To Achieve Super Hero Immunity. How to boost immunity in Hindi. We all know that due to Covid-19 pandemic, the whole world is quarantined and scared and till any vaccines come out everyone is talking about How to boost immunity and keep ourselves safe from Covid-19 pandemic.
The 5 Habits To Superhero Immunity are-
1. Sleep – Sleep is very underestimated by us humans. Our body is like a machine and it requires rest to function properly. German Researchers have found that sleeping 7-8 hours regularly increases T-Cells which are the same cells which fight from foreign bacteria, fungi and virus i.e. Pathogens. So take a deep sleep of 7-8 hours regularly.

2. Water – Drinking Water in sufficient amount (6-7 litre) is very important for our Immune System as it boosts a healthy immune system by Circulating Oxygen and Blood throughout the body and flushes out toxins. So it will make your Immunity like a superhero for sure.
3. Exercise – Including some form of Cardio or Resistance training is very important for any human being as it boosts Immunity and makes you a overall healthy human being. Exercising will surely make your Immunity top notch and it will surely boost your immunity.
4. Nutrition and Food – Our body needs certain amounts of micro-nutrients and macro-nutrients for proper functioning. So eat healthy and a balanced diet or your immunity will suffer for sure!
5. Mental Health – In India we do not talk much about Mental Health but like Physical Health it is as important for our immunity and overall health. Please address your mental health issues and talk and share with someone. You can go to a therapist as well. It will surely work wonders and boost your immunity.
