My 13 year old son (who does Track & Field) is willing to take these on a daily basis. That is much more than I can say for a few other multivitamins I have tried. I gave them a taste myself and think it is pretty good.
My son has autism and he’s extremely picky with his vitamins…these worked well for him. I had no problems with him not taking them. I haven’t tasted them however they smell good and hence no issues with my son not wanting them.
