– Jumping Jacks
– Squats with High Jump
– Jumping Lunges
– Skaters
– Hammer
– Lower back and hamstring stretch.

Important Note: Perform each exercise for 30 sec and Rest interval between exercise is 10-20 sec.

After completing 1 circuit then Rest Interval between every circuit is 2-3 minutes.
Then Repeat the same and Do 4 -5 Rounds as per your fitness level.

You can perform the same workout 3 to 4 times a week.
