Lemon and Coriander soup recipe | home made Lemon coriander soup(Vitamin C) | Immunity booster soup

To make Soup for 3 people:

Vegetable Stock(Optional and can be prepared with plain water)
Any vegetable can be used which does not turns mushy after boiling like pumpkin
1. 1 medium carrot
2. 4-5 Cauliflower floret(Optional)
3. Coriander stem
4. Beans
5. Sweet corn(Optional)
6. One medium onion cut into large pieces
7. 7-8 Garlic cloves slit in to half
8. 10 Black pepper
9. 1/2 tsp Salt

To make soup:
1. 2 tsp Butter
2. 1 tbsp chopped Garlic
3. 1/2 tsp chopped ginger
4. 1 medium onion chopped in to small pieces
5. Salt to as per taste(1/2 tsp
6. 2 tsp carrot
7. 3 tbsp chopped cabbage
8. 2 tsp Chopped coriander stem( prepared with out stock)
9. 1 large size lemon
10. Chopped coriander

NOTE: Put lemon and coriander leaves at the last after turning off the flame as lemon turns bitter on high heat and coriander leaves turns black.
and you can use plain water instead of the vegetable stock.
