Immune booster drink (Kashayam)

This Drink helps to increase the immune system:
1. Ajwain seeds are incredible from a health-based standpoint, as it is rich in carbohydrates, fiber, protein, and fats. It also contains vitamins and minerals like niacin, thiamine, sodium, phosphorus, potassium, and calcium.
2.Turmeric contains more than 300 naturally occurring components including beta-carotene, ascorbic acid (vitamin C), calcium, flavonoids, fiber, iron, niacin, potassium, zinc and other nutrients. But the chemical in turmeric linked to its most highly touted health effects is curcumin.
