This recipe of ginger salad brings a load of freshness. Ginger is mixed with Lemon juice which is itself rich in Vitamin C. We use black salt which reinforces the purifying power of ginger and lemon. Black salt is also anti-inflammatory, rich in various minerals and very good for the body.
