Today, I will be uploading the recipe of Chai Masala, a wonderful immunity booster powder that can be consumed with tea and milk to beat the coronavirus and keep you healthy. I will also provide useful tips that will be of utmost importance if you are new to the world of cooking.

Ingredients:
Dry Tulsi Leaves – 8 to 10 (1/4 Cup)
Black Cardamom – 8 to 10
Long Pepper – 6 to 7
Black Pepper – 3 Tbsp
Cloves – 3 Tbsp
Green Cardamom – 8 to 10
Cinnamon Sticks – 3 to 4
Dry Ginger Powder – 3 Tbsp

Tulsi-
It is rich in antioxidants which help in mitigating stress and conditions like diabetes, high blood pressure and so on.

Black Cardamom-
This prevents conditions like gastric ulcers, acidity, et al. The presence of vitamin C, an essential antioxidant, helps improve blood circulation throughout the body.

Long Pepper –
Indian long pepper is sometimes used in combination with other herbs in Ayurvedic medicine. Indian long pepper is used to improve appetite and digestion.

Black Pepper –
High in antioxidants. Has anti-inflammatory properties. May benefit your brain. May improve blood sugar control. May lower cholesterol levels.

Cloves –
Contain important nutrients. High in antioxidants. May help protect against cancer. Can kill bacteria. May improve liver health. May help regulate blood sugar. May promote bone health. May reduce stomach ulcer.

Green Cardamom –
