Triple ladder shredding session: (S = Single Kettlebell – D = Double Kettlebell)
1. S- Swings (Double Handed/Single Handed) 15/10
2. S- Basic cleans alternating x 10
3. S- Standing halos 10dc
4. S- Snatches x 10 alternating
5. D- Double loaded Swings x 10
6. D- Double loaded thrusters x 10
7. D- Double loaded single arm power cleans x 10 alt.
8. D- Double loaded lateral high carries 4/4 x 2
Instructions – First round do a single ladder as a warm up. 2nd round hit the triple ladder for a fat burning and shredding session.
