SHORT Qigong for Immune System – Lung Exercises to Boost Immunity – Coronavirus, COVID-19

This SHORT Bioenergetic Health (Qigong) practice gently opens the lungs and strengthens the immune system using similar principles as acupuncture to open the “Lung Meridian” and thus mobilize the “Wei Qi” (Guardian Energy) of the whole body. In Traditional Chinese Medicine and Taoist thought, the Lungs are the commanders of the Wei Qi, and are responsible for moving our Qi from the interior to the surface in order to put up a vigorous defense against pathogens.
