Daily supplements & vitamins for women’s health| how to combat hormonal issues & establish a healthy baseline

Hey guys,
I finally had a second to sit down and tell you the supplements and vitamins I have started taking in this postpartum period to help me as I try to restore and replenish my body! Many of you know I have basically been pregnant, postpartum, or breastfeeding the last 3 years back to back and so finding the right supplements to aid me in recovery was crucial! AND I think these supplements I am currently taking do just that!! I really am feeling much better in my mental and physical health!
