Ingredients:

Oil -2 tbsp
Garlic -2 cloves
Jeera – 2 tbsp
Onion – 1 cup, chopped
Green chilly – 2, sliced
Carrots – 2 cups. thick Julienne

Corriander Powder – 2 1 tsp
Red Chilly powder – 1 tsp
tomato – 1/2 cup, chopped
Dahi – 1/2 cup
Malai – 2 tbsp
Kasuri methi and coriander leaves for garnish
